Hydraulic Hoses

The largest share of Seaway Fluid Power’s core business is hydraulic hose assemblies. We warehouse an extensive selection of hose and fittings giving us nearly endless combinations to fabricate replacement hose assemblies in minutes. Here at SFP, you will find a hydraulic hose shop that carries not only the common JIC or NPT fittings but also every other connection in the industry. Our parts representatives can visually identify less common connections like the Metric, BSPP, BSPT, Code 61 or 62 Flange, JIS, or newer push to connect fittings used on today’s equipment or machinery. For our offshore or corrosive applications, we stock stainless steel crimp fittings as well.

Our hose selection is equally extensive. As equipment today requires high pressure, high abrasion resistance, and high flexibility, SFP utilizes Australia’s RYCO Hydraulics a recognized leader in the development of new isobaric hoses up to 2” 6000 psi. RYCO Hydraulics offers many different series of easily identifiable isobaric hoses using bright lay lines. Employing a constant pressure rating throughout each series of hose, it makes product selection easy and simplifies the design process by creating the ability to match the hose to the system pressure.

Even with the countless advantages of isobaric, niche applications or old specifications still require we carry the standard SAE rated hoses up to 2” SAE100R15. Our assembly shop is well equipped to perform internal and external skiving, steel tube flaring and silver soldering, hose pressure testing, and removal and reusing the Caterpillar XT-3 and XT-5 fittings. All our hoses go out the door clean using the Ultra-Clean system by forcing a foam style projectile through the assembly after cutting and crimping.

For our OEM clients, we source and import bulk hose and fittings in SAE100R2AT and SAE100R16 combinations to provide competitive pricing on custom build hose kits. We strive to provide a true “value beyond” philosophy by utilizing our own quality assurance practices and organization. Accuracy is paramount; we understand if our kits aren’t accurate, it costs you time.

Many of the kits we build contain entirely unique hose assemblies, forcing us to develop methods to maintain our goal of 100% accuracy. Our kits feature custom labels at each end of the hose on the crimp area after our quality inspection. Each hose is cleaned and capped to prevent dirt or debris contamination in transit or during storage.
